BeginsFly Aviation Academy (“Institute”) is an educational institute and does not provide any job guarantee or job orientation to students.

• General Terms:-

  2. Fees can be paid in lump sum or in installments, with the first installment due before the commencement of training.
  3. Fees paid for any course are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
  4. Students opting for fee payment through installments must pay the full fees even if they discontinue the course midway, as the seat remains vacant for the academic session.
  5. The Institute reserves the right to pursue legal proceedings for non-payment of fees.
• Admission and Course Policies:-
  1. Admission counselors, branch personnel, or customer care are not liable for any miscommunication regarding courses or terms and conditions.
  2. The Institute reserves the right to exclude students for disciplinary reasons, non-payment of fees, inadequate attendance, or performance.
  3. Batch transfers are not permitted, and any exceptions require payment of requisite transfer fees.
• Changes and Amendments:-
  1. The Institute reserves the right to make changes to the terms and conditions, curriculum, course structure, and rules relating to admissions, fees, and examinations without prior notice.
  2. Students are responsible for keeping themselves updated with the Institute's updates through notice boards or the website.
• Job Assistance and Course Material:-
  1. The Institute provides job assistance to students meeting eligibility criteria, but this does not constitute job guarantee or assured placement.
  2. All courses, study material, and contents regarding the aviation industry are for educational and informational purposes only.
• Force Majeure:-
  1. The Institute shall not be liable for failure to perform obligations under these terms and conditions due to events beyond its control, including pandemics or lockdowns.
• Indemnity and Limitation of Liability:-
  1. Students agree to indemnify and hold the Institute harmless from any loss, damage, or liability arising from third-party claims.
  2. The Institute's liability towards students is limited to the fees paid by them and does not include punitive, exemplary, special, indirect, or consequential damages.
• Severability and Waiver:-
  1. Each provision of these terms and conditions is separate and severable. Invalid or unenforceable provisions shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
  2. The failure to exercise or delay in exercising any right or remedy under these terms and conditions shall not constitute a waiver of the right or remedy.
